Its selection is built around low-intervention wines and smaller producers, but the experience is just as important: you can browse the bottles, try a flight, get help from the staff and settle in with a glass and a small plate. It's especially good for wine discovery, whether you're already deep into natural wine or just want someone to point you toward an interesting bottle.
